Welcome to Jourlix (“App”), provided by Gour Softwares and Services Pvt Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using Jourlix, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Acknowledgment
These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you, the end-user, and Gour Softwares and Services Pvt Ltd. This agreement is not with any app store or platform provider (such as Apple Inc. or Google LLC), and they are not responsible for the App or its content. These Terms & Conditions serve as the End-User License Agreement (EULA) for the Jourlix App. App store/platform providers may be third-party beneficiaries with the right to enforce their own store policies in relation to your use of the App.
2. Scope of License
The license granted to you for the Jourlix App is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App on mobile phones that you own or control, in accordance with the app store or platform usage rules (Apple App Store, Google Play, or any other authorized platform).
This license:
  • Does not allow you to use the App on devices you do not own or control.
  • Does not allow you to distribute, share, or make the App available over a network or in any manner that allows multiple devices to access it simultaneously.
  • Is limited to the functionality provided by the App; you may not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works from the App.
  • Applies only to the App as provided through authorized app stores or platforms; installing or using the App from any other source is prohibited.
3. Intended Users
Jourlix is designed primarily for medical professionals to manage personal records, services provided, and payment data. While anyone may use the App, it does not provide medical advice, diagnostic tools, or treatment guidance. All entries related to patients, surgeries, or procedures are manually entered by the doctor.
4. Data Collection & Privacy
  • Server-stored data: We only store your name, email, and mobile number on our secure servers, for login verification, subscription validation, and account communication.
  • Local data: All other data — including patient names, services provided, and payment data — is stored entirely on your device. Gour Softwares and Services Pvt Ltd has no access to this data.
  • User control: You have full control over your local data and can delete all entries at any time.
We do not sell, share, or use your personal data for any other purpose, except as required by law.

5. Subscriptions & Payments
  • Jourlix offers subscription plans through the app store/platform (Apple App Store or Google Play). Payment is processed through the platform’s payment system.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • Renewal charges will be applied within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription directly via your app store/platform account settings. We do not handle subscription cancellations, refunds, or billing. All refunds are subject to the platform’s policies.
6. Account Validity
Jourlix is designed to run on a single device per account. Access to the app requires a valid subscription. If your subscription expires, your access to the app will be restricted until renewal. If you activate the App on a new device, access on your previous device will be automatically disabled. Subscriptions will continue uninterrupted on the new device. You are responsible for securing your login credentials and ensuring you use the App only on devices you own or control.
7. Maintenance and Support
Gour Softwares and Services Pvt Ltd is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the App. App store/platform providers have no obligation to provide support for the App.
8. Warranty
Jourlix is provided “as-is” and “as available”. We make no guarantees that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. You are solely responsible for any data you enter into the App. We are not responsible for any loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to your device or data stored locally. To the maximum extent permitted by law, platform providers have no warranty obligations. If the App fails to conform to their warranty obligations, you may contact them for a refund. All implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the extent permitted by law.
9. Product Claims
Gour Softwares and Services Pvt Ltd, not any app store or platform, is responsible for addressing any claims from you or any third party relating to the Jourlix App or your possession and/or use of it, including, but not limited to:
  • Product liability claims
  • Any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement
  • Claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation
10. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property in Jourlix remains the property of Gour Softwares and Services Pvt Ltd. In the event of a third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights, we are solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and resolution.
11. Legal Compliance
By using Jourlix, you represent that you:
  • Are not located in a country subject to U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist-supporting” country.
  • Are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
12. Disclaimer
Jourlix is a productivity tool and is not a substitute for medical judgment, diagnosis, or treatment. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We make no guarantees that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or always available.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gour Software and Services Pvt Ltd is not liable for:
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to data stored on your device
  • Any errors or omissions resulting from user-entered information
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be available in the App and on our website. Continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
